All our operations, safety as well as equipment adhere to the IRATA guidelines.

(6) What kind of cleaning methods do you have for windows?

Window cleaning is generally broken down into 3 main categories.

Dry Washing involves scrubbing and dry cleaning with minimal water flowing down your building and onto the pavements. This is most suitable if you wish to keep the surrounding flooring dry or if there is high traffic of people walking near the work areas.

Wet Washing involves scrubbing and watering down the glasses. This will have a constant flow of water down the sides of the buildings as well as onto the ground level. It is more suitable if you have a tight timeline and want the job done faster and do not have any qualms about water flowing onto the ground floor.

High pressure cleaning involves high pressure gun being used to remove dirt off of the glass. This will be recommended by our specialists in rarer cases where the dirt build-up calls for this method.

(11) Are you able to access my roof?

This really depends on the conditions, locations and structure, building, house or condo. This is usually determined during our site survey. Anchor points might have to be installed, structures might need to get endorsed by a professional engineer, eye-bolts might need to have to go through load tests. Our experienced team would be glad to meet and determine the situation on site for a closer assessment.

(12) How do you avoid paint splashing when painting my building?

This is a very common worry among building and facilities managers as condominium residents or general public might get affected if paint starts splattering all over the ground level. We have specific painting specialists who have extensive experience in rope access building painting. This strongly minimizes any unwanted splashes. Secondly we fully cover in canvas any open areas at ground level as well as cars, pavements and any possible surrounding. We barricade the ground level during any rope access activity and we always have a groundsman to ensure the exclusion zone is not being entered by unauthorized personnel.
